Via Payment Apps
If you make your North Bihar electricity bill payment via apps such as Airtel Thanks or any other similar apps, you can easily track your previous bill. Just follow these simple steps:
- Open the payment app used for your electricity bill payment.
- You might either see, “Payment History”, three horizontal lines, my account icon or something similar. Click on that.
- In case you click on the three horizontal lines or my account icon, navigate and click on Transaction History or Payment History.
- That’s it! You can now see all your previous transactions including your North Bihar electricity bill payment transactions.
Via Payment Website
If you prefer making your NBPDCL bill payment via payment websites like Airtel Payments Bank, you can also keep a track of your previous bills on that platform. All you have to do is, follow the steps mentions below:
- Go to https://www.airtel.in/bank/.
- Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left of your screen.
- Now scroll down and click on the My Account tab.
- Select Transaction History.
- Now log in securely with your registered mobile number and 4-digit mPIN.
- Voila! You can view your entire transaction history, including your NBPDCL bill payment history.
You can follow similar steps to find your transaction history or payment history from any other website as well.
